In order to further enhance the technical abilities of new employees and teach the "first lesson of onboarding" well, so that new employees can quickly meet the job requirements, the second batch of external training personnel from Shandong Yixin Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. conducted a one month learning and training activity from February 9 to March 9, 2023.
This training was conducted in Xuyang Optoelectronics, Henan for observation, learning, and job rotation practice. A total of 6 departments and 45 employees participated in the training, providing in-depth knowledge and skills on the electronic glass production process, production operation methods, emergency types of processes and equipment, and emergency operation processes. This has laid a solid foundation for taking the first step of employment in the future.
During the training period, the employees gained a lot and expressed that the learning schedule was tight and the content was rich, greatly enhancing their determination to do their job well and strong.
